The old John Robley homestead at Lyons Brook, Pictou, Nova Scotia. John came to Canada from Scarrowmanwick, with his brother William, in 1822 and settled at Lyons Brook.The house is altered, and of course the outbuildings are not the same. William lived only 3-4 miles upriver, from John, at Cornhill Farm, Head of Pictou Harbour.
