 Woodhouse near Wreay (contributed by Jean Wilson) John Robley (1672-1743) was the eldest son of John Robley of Blackhall Park Farm, Burnthwaite. He married Ann Dixon on June 2nd, 1703 and their 5 children were born at Woodhouse, although on the birth record for John (b. March 13th, 1704) the house is called Woodside. John and Ann were a prosperous couple, and they rebuilt Woodhouse in 1730
